The alpha, at a glance

Ring-based tracking

Each tracked player mini needs a different solid-colored base ring. Camera calibration and a clear view of the table are part of setup; tracking can miss or misidentify moves.

Connected to Foundry

Detected positions move assigned Foundry tokens. Player vision follows your Foundry scene and token settings; it still needs careful testing at a real table.

Intended first setup

Apple Silicon Mac, iPhone camera, Foundry 13, a TV laid flat on the table, and physical minis with distinct colored rings. Other setups can register future interest; current support is not promised.

Early evidence, real limits

The Mac app has passed startup checks on one Mac running macOS 26.3. Recorded single-mini checks and simulated tests are limited evidence; a full multi-mini, fog-on table test remains outstanding.
